Exemption from payment of customs duty at the Kathiawar land customs line of cotton goods produced in the Wadhwan civil station Bhavnagar and other mills of Kathiawar when accompanied by a certificate signed by a duty authorized officer showing that such goods have already paid the excise duty livable at the place of manufacture.
