Orders of His Majesty that when a review or a ceremonial parade of troops takes place on a Collar day, the collars of the Orders of the Garter, the Thistle, and St. Patrick, and the collars of Knights Grand Cross of the Orders of the Bath, St. Michael, and St. George, and the Royal Victorian Order, and of Knights Grand Commanders of the Star of India and of the Indian Empire shall not be worn by officers attending the parade with troops, nor by officers attending in uniform as spectators, unless specially ordered.
