Discontinuance of the use of the title of 'His Highness' as applied to the heir of the Kapurthala State even in non-official intercourse and within the State. Decision that the use of the titles of ‘‘ Maharaj-Kumar”, “ Raj-Kumar ”, etc., in favour of the younger sons of the Maharaja of Kapurthala cannot be recognized. Government of India do not consider. the subjects (1) and (2) suitable for a pronouncement or discussion at the Chief’s Conference, Delhi, 1917.
