Proposed revision of the orders relating to Kathiawar Ports so as to permit Maritime States in Kathiawar to import goods free of duty into British India upto a maximum limit of 2 lakhs in the case of each State. Question of placing Porbandar in the third stage and to recover from it customs duties on all goods crossing the Viramgam Line and re-exported from there to British Indian Ports.
