Copy of letter from the President to the Nabob, intimating that the Arzee from Major Carnac to the King and his letter to Momtazo Dowlah did not contain anything prejudical to the affairs of the Nabob Government, asking his reasons for stopping that Arzee and the letter, and requesting him to apologise to the Major.
