Letter from Mr. C. Parling, Resident at the Nabob Vizier's Courts, to Mr. William Bruce, Assistant Secretary reporting that the Cawndahar Horse were in arrears to the amount of rupees 1,00,000 before they accompanied Col. Leslie, and had besides a Tuncaw of rupees 50,000 due to them; and also that no accounts of any kind have been received either from the Paymaster to Brigadier-General Goddard's detachment, or from Brigadier-General Goddard.
