Contract from the Proceedings of the Hon'ble the Governor General in Council in the Military Department under date the 21st August 1812. Ordered that a bill be drawn on the General Treasury for Sicca Rupees Twenty five thousand specified from the Public Department in favor of the Company General to enable him to make out engagements with the contractors for the supply of 1500 Bolts of Bengal Canvass for the use of the Arsenal at Fort St. George.
