Audit objection by the Accountant General, Central Revenues, to the grant of a special pay of Rs. 150/- per mensem to Mr. W.R. Martin, I.F.S., Working Plans Officer, Andamans, holding the view that it did not meet with the requirements of Fundamental Rule 19 as amended by the Finance Department Notification No. F.13-EX.II/34 dated the 14th February, 1934.
