Arrangements for the Haj of 1919. Exemption of pilgrim ships “Akbar” and “Shustar” from Quarantine at Kamaran, as a special case, on-outward voyage. Decision that Perim camp should be closed and that all pilgrim ships should return direct to east from Jeddah except doubtful cases which should be sent to Kamaran for observation.
