Proposals to enhance the rate of the Government of India State Scholarships—(i) two University Scholarships, (ii) two scholarships for the domiciled community, and (iii) two Oriental scholarships. Desirability of maintaining the general rule that the holders of the University Scholarships should ordinarily pursue their studies at Oxford or Cambridge, provided that they can find admission.
