Addition of Rs. 4,800 to the budget grant of the Chief Commissioner of Coorg for the year 1914-15 under the head '22_Education' to cover the expenditure involved by the provision of efficient instruction in carpentry and tailoring in the Mercara and Virajpet Municipal Primary Schools. Suggestion that if the non-recurring grant of Rs. 3,000 cannot be spent during the current financial year it can be made over to the Mercara Municipality for expenditure during the year 1915-16.
