Decision of the Syndicate of the University of Cambridge to establish two examinations—(a) the Higher School Certificate examination and (b) the Senior examination in place of the existing Senior examination. Question whether the authorities at Cambridge would be willing to restrict the certificates granted in this country for the Senior examination to that called (a). Question of having this examination placed on a footing that will do for India.
