Reorganization of the police forces in Rajputana and Ajmer-Merwara. Proposed appointment of Mr. H. Clogstoun, C.I.E., as Inspector-General of Police for Rajputana, and decision to appoint instead an officer to be designated Police Assistant to the Agent to the Governor-General in Rajputana. Provision for the appointment and for that of his Personal Assistant to be made in the police cadre of the United Provinces.
