Amendment of the rules to regulate the grant of certificates of competency under chapter III of the Indland steam vessels Act 1917 to masters serangs engineers and engine drivers employed ininland steam vessels in burma so as to (a) eliminate the reference of obsolets sight test rules (b) provide for the revision of certain forms of applications and (c) substitute the revised nominal horse power of 100 and 40 respectively for 80 and 30.
