Special supplement (8th Aug. 1913) of the Meerut weekly devoted to a speech by its editor Khvajah Hasan Nizami in the local jami' [i.e. main] mosque, appealing for donations to help the families of Kanpur Muslims who had been killed, injured or imprisoned during the Machhli Bazar mosque agitation in that city, and further urging all Muslims to write to the Viceroy, Parliament in London, and King George V for redress i.e. restoration of the demolished portion of the Machhli Bazar mosque and the release of injured and imprisoned protesters.
