Decision that British ships registered in the United Kingdom and trading Waters should be governed by the Board of Trade (Merchant Shipping) Wireless Telegraphy Rules, 1932, irrespective of the fact that the Internation Covention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1929, has not been retified by the Govt. of India.
