Draft of a letter to Mr. Nathaniel Middleton, Collector of the Nabob Vizier’s assignment to the Company, directing him to advance money to Captain James Browne, into payment to the corps of Light Infantry under his command, on account of his claim on the Company, and to discharge the Nabob Vizier’s debt to Brigadier General Thomas Goddard, forwarding him the Nabob Vizier’s bonds to Mr. James Fraser, late boat contractor, which have been assigned to the Company as a collateral security for the payment of Mr. Fraser's debt to them, and requesting him to realise the amount of the said bonds.
