Adoption of measures to check attempts that are being made to seduce the loyalty of Indian Troops through propagandist agents in connection with the Khilafat agitation. Proposed prosecution of Messrs. Gandhi, Shaukat Ali, Mohommed Daud Ghaznavi of Amritsar, Zafar Ali Khan and Swami Bidyanand: action taken by the military authorities against Malak Mohamad Abdul Qadir, a Lance Naik in the Mechanical Transport Company, Baghdad, who was in correspondence with Shaukat Ali and attempted to incite disaffection among Indian troops there. Conference held on 24th June 1920, between representatives of the Government of India, the Punjab and the United Provinces Governments and the Army Department.
