Sedition among the Indian community in Bangkok. Proposal that an officer from the Indian police should be sent to Bangkok to investigate matters. Supply of translations of certain copies of the 'Hindustan Ghadar' to H.B.M's Charge d'Affaires at Bangkok for the information of the Siamese Government. Enquiry from H.B.M's Charge d'Affaires at Bangkok as to whether anything is known of one Sohan Lal which would justify a request for his extradition. Memorandum drawn up by Mr. Acting Consul General Crosby on the state of sedition in Siam. Report that four natives of Madras, viz Abubakar, Sheikh Mohamed Malim alias Perianin, Nuradin and Mohamed Cassim, who are suspected of seditious activities and reported to be returning to India.
