Inability of the Government of India to accede to the wishes of the Sailana Darbar to obtain a supply of copper coins from a Government mint. Intimation to the Darbar that the Government of India are prepared to supply bronze coins instead on certain conditions. Proposal of the Rutlam Darbar to re-open its copper mint for the coinage of Rutlam pice. Intimation that the Government of India will not object to the re-opening of the mint if the Darbar press their proposal, though such a step would be undesirable.
