Sanction to (i) the suspension of the recovery of the Government share of the tribute known as the Junagadh Zortalbi from the States in Kathiawar Agency; (ii) the recovery by annual instalments of the arrears of tribute due from the Thakur of Katosan, and the remission of interest thereon; and (iii) the recovery by three equal annual instalments of the balance of the Nazrana due from the Likhi State. Proposal that the Bombay Government may be given the same powers in respect of suspension of the recovery of tribute due from political areas and of remission of interest payable thereon, as they possess in respect of revenue in British India.
