Appointment of the Chief Commissioner, Ajmere-Merwara, to decide all questions as to the right to succeed to an Istimrari estate in cases not provided for by section 23 of the Ajmere Land and Revenue Regulation (II of 1877), or to Bhum in cases not provided for by section 33 thereof.
