Grant of permission to Rai B. K. Mitra Bahadur, Superintendent of the office of the Director General, Posts and telegraphs, and Babu R. C. Bandopadhyay, a clerk in the same office, to count the service rendered in the grades of the appointments held by them prior to the 1st Sept. 1912 and 2nd July 1912 as service for increments in their present appointments.
