Amendment of Sea Customs Act, 1878 by the promulgation of Sea Customs (Amendment) Ordinance 1953 so as to enable payment of a draw back (a rebate or refund) of customs duty paid on imported materials used in manufacture of goods subsequently exported - exemption from the application of rule 6 of the C-s/R.O.
