Rejection by His Majesty’s Secretary of State for India of the memorial from Jadeja Versalji of Roha appealing against the orders of the Government of India in respect of certain disputes decided against him by the Cutch Darbar Courts, and refusal of His Majesty’s Secretary of State for India to modify the existing Memorial Rules of the Political Department so as to enable Local Governments to withhold memorials against the decisions of such courts as the Cutch Darbar Courts.
