Decision that Honorary Consuls do not enjoy diplomatic privileges as of right, the exemption conferred by entry (4) of Schedule I of the Indian Arms Rules 1924 on Consuls and Consular Agents should not apply to Honorary Consuls. The exemption covers, however, the offices of all Vice-Consuls.
