Decision that all the proposals for New Layout Plans of nazul Lands and for amendments to approved Layouts Should be Submitted to the Ministry of works Housing and Supply by the Central P.W.d. for prior approval before Such proposals and Plans are put up to the Town planning Sub--committee, Delhi Development Sub--committee or to any other department.
