Sutlej conveying Indian repatriates from the West Indies during her voyage which terminated at Calcutta in January, 1930. Indian repatriates from British Guiana. Question of embarkation of persons in precarious health. Adoption by the Government of British Guiana of the suggestions made by the Government of India in regard to the scales of food-stuffs, medical appliances, medical comforts, etc., to be provided on ships conveying returning emigrants from British Guiana to India. Suggestion that these seales should be adopted also by the Governments of Jamaica, Trinidad and Surinam.
