Further extension of the period of exemption of British Malaya from the operation of Rule 23 of the Indian Emigration Rules, 1923, relating to sex-ratio till 30th September 1928. Proposal to examine the question of the enforcement of the rule after the expiry of the present sanction by a personal discussion between the representatives of the Government of India and the Federal and Colonial Government of Malaya.
