Notes exchanged between the Union Government and the Japanese Consul in the Union regarding Japanese immigration into South Africa. Decision that the question of the entry of Indian merchants, tourists and students into South Africa should be discussed at the Round Table Conference with that country in the light of the recent Japanese agreement.
