(i) Question whether Members of Assam Legislature who are appointed as Hon. Organiser, Village Defence Organisation, and Hon.Prohibition Commissioner should be treated as holding offices of profit' (ii) Question whether it is the function of Audit to determine or watch whether a person was qualified or remains qualified to be a member of the Legislature under Art. 191 of the Constitution (iii) Question whether Salaries & Allowances Act relating to the Members should be deemed to be exhaustive of all monetary concessions that such members can enjoy from Government in terms of Art. 195 of the Constitution
