Letter from Mr. Nathaniel Middleton,Collector of the Nabob Vezier's assignments to the Company, informing the Board of the Nabob Vezier's intention to establish astandard currency in his country and to fix the rates of exchange,pointing out the advantages tha tsuch measures will produce, and intimating that the new coinage cannot become current until after the 15th September, 1781.
