Letter from Mr. William Larkins, Accountant-General, to Mr. J. P.Auriol, Secretary, forwarding for transmission a to England by the ship Fox the duplicate general journal and ledger of 1780-81, and the general abstract account of the monthly receipts and disbursements of the Bengal Government from the 30th April, 1780, to the 1st May,1781, and desiring that no books of the other departments should be transmitted by the same conveyance.
