Draft of a letter to the Board of Trade providing eleven servants for their offices ; deciding to close the commercial accounts to the 30th April last; intimating that the Provincial Councils bave been ordered to give all possible assistance to their agents and that the complaint of the weavers of Conchanagaut and Tangabo has been referred to the Provincial Council at Dacca; and ordering the immediate withdrawal of sepoys from the aurungs and their employment only as guards to the factories and as escorts.
