Letter from Mr. Charles Barber, Attorney to Mr. John Belli, Contractor, requesting permission to remove from Fort William the rice and paddy deposited there, reporting that biscuit and flour cannot be preserved in good condition for more than two or three months, proposing to lodge in the Fort an additional quantity of wheat in lieu of the flour and biscuit, and asking the Board to order the Chief Engineer to erect golahs for lodging the wheat or the biscuit and flour as the Board may decide.
