Letter from Mr. John Lloyd to Mr. Edward Hay, Secretary, stating that the Neptune has got almost all her exports on board, and that she may be ready for sailing by the next spring tides, but that the Bellmont will not be ready at the same time as very little of her export cargo is on board, intimating that the Sloops which are bringing the exports down to the ship are considerably delayed by rough weather, reporting the wreck of one of these, and remarking that it was prudent of the pilots not to have taken the Neptune and Bellmont down to Barrabullah head on the last Spring tides.
