With reference to docket, No. 1566, dated 9th instant, states that, in his opinion, the periodical supervision of the two Branch Dispensaries proposed in Secretary to Government, Punjab's letter, No. 396, dated 30th ultimo, to be established at Pulwul and Furrookh Nuggur, in the Goorgaon District, is essentially necessary, and that the Civil Assistant Surgeon of Goorgaon is entitled to travelling allowance at the rate of eight annas per mile and to deputation allowance at Rupees 5 per diem, for the period that he may be away from his station
