Recongition of the concessional (Social Service) F.A., B.A. or B.Sc. certificate and degrees awarded by the East Punjab University as equivalent to the regular certificate and degrees of that University. Decision that persons who have passed the B.A. Intermediate Examination in English only of the East Punjab/Punjab University after passings an Honours examination in an oriential classical language (as distinct from an Honours examination in a vernacular language) should be treated as educationally qualified in respect of service and posts under the Government of India for which the B.A. degree/intermediate examination is the minimum educational qualification
