Salute by officers on duty and in attendance on H.E. the Viceroy and others at Parades when National Anthem is played. Amendment to regulations. It is incorrect for His Excellency the Viceroy to remove his hat while portions of the National Anthem are being played during the feu-de-joie. His Excellency Sir George Stanley decided to raise his hat on these occasions
