Presidential proclamation in relation to Rajasthan advice of Min of Law regarding (i) That elected members of the Legislative Assembly are entitled to become members of the electoral college under article 54 of the constitution and take part in Presidential elections even though they had not taken any other under article 188. (ii) Elected members of Suspended legislative assembly can take part in Presidential election under article 54 of the Constitution
