Request from an employee of the Hindustan Insecticides (P) Limited for permission to contest the election to the D.M.C- Decision that for the purpose of constituting an office of profit under Govt. in connection with section 9(1) (g) of the D.M.C. If the Undertaking is an independent corporate body created by Statute, its employees are not Govt.
