Items suggested (i) Grant of an increment to those class III by ministry of Home affairs and IV staff who are stagnating on the maximum of the their scale of pay for more than ten years. (ii) To create congenial atmosphere for raising efficiency in clerical and supervisory Gradres by providing better opportunity to those who are stagnated on maximum of the scale for years together. Decision:- Tution fees as admissible prior to 1-3-70 or together the adhoc increment of Rs. 30/- accrues, shall remain protected in such a way that total emoluments are not allowed to drop
