Levy of Municipal taxes on the G.I.P. Railway Buildings at Hinganghat. The Govt. of C.P. and Barar was informed that according to the Railway Board's suggestion, necessary instructions may be issued to the Hinganghat Municipal authorities to contact the local Railway authorities for coming to an agreement under Section 5 of the Railways (L.A.T) Act, 1941
