Examination of details of awards given during Railway Week Celebrations. Decision that not more than 30to 40 awards should be made by Zonal Railways at the Headquarters level and 20 to 30 at Divisional/District level and the Production Units may give about 10 awards to each. The expenditure on awards should not be met from the funds allotted for the Celebrations of the Railway Week, but expenditure on these awards should be met from the sources from which it would have been given irrespective of the Railway Week Programme
