Education assistance under old rules for children studying in the Hill Schools: Reference from G.M., Northern Railway, stating that Audit have raised an objection that recovery of parent's share of fee be made on the basis of pay drawn for 12 months instead of 9 months. Decision that the existing practice according to which recoveries are effected on the basis of pay drawn for 9 1/2 months by the staff governed by old Educational Assistance rules on account of Board and tution fees of their children studying in hill schools should be continued
