Reference from the GM CLW regarding opening of a Senior Basic School at Chittaranjan by the state Government --West Bengal. 1. The sanction accorded to the contribution of Rs 5.640/- from Railway revenues towards the construction of school building, teachers quarters, furniture equipment etc. of the above school. 2. Making available railway land for the purpose of construction of school building thereon. 3. The maintenance of the building by the CLW Admin. at the cost of Railway Revenues and the letting of 4 units 'B' type quarters to the teachers of the Senior basic school on the same rent as for railway employees as a temporary measure till quarters for these teachers are constructed. The ownership of the school buildings will rest with the CLs. Administration
