Debates on Railway Budget, 1958-1959 in the Rajya Sabha Points made out by Shri Ratanlal Kishorilal Malviya, M.P that:-(1) Rest houses for after care of T.B patients be provided and (2) Life insurance scheme should introduced for all classes of employees. As regards item (1), No action taken in view of the existence of Convalescent Homes. As regards item (2) matter considered but it was decided that the group insurance scheme need not be pursued commission who had made certain recommendations in this regard
