Central Railway. Permission to Railway School teachers to take up private tutions. Decision that teachers in Railway Schools may be permitted to do private tutions, subject to the condition that tution should be Limited two pupils at any one time and in all cases the teachers should obtain the proper permission of the Administration. The Board have further decided that the full amount of the tution fee received by the teachers may be kept by them and the recovery of part of tution fee need be made
