B.B. and C.I. Railway. Compulsory Primary education in Railway schools. Decision that where Rly. Schools impart a different type of education to that given by State Govts or local private schools Railway schools are at liberty to charge fees: where the type of education given in primary classes in Rly. schools in identical to with that given in Primary Classes in other schools, Rly. administration school fall in line with state Govts policy but it is open to them to ask the state Govts concerned either to take over the Railway schools or to enhance their grants in aid so as to enable the Railway schools to make good the less in fees
