Denial of overtime and Night duty allowance to Shri A. Ethirajulu, Ratired ESM/BZA-Reference from master examined in consultation with the South Central Railway and as a special case the Board agreed to 175-240 (As) working in the Vijayawada Division being classified as continuous under the HER and paid night duty and overtime allowances as due to their for the period from June 1968 to August 1969 in consultation with the F.A. & C.A.O. Subsequently Shri Monoranjan Roy, M.P, who had raised the same question, also advised that orders have since been issued asking the Railway to make payment of overtime and night duty allowances to the staff in question as due to them under the rules
